The timeline for a project can vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. We will provide you with a detailed timeline and project plan during the initial consultation.

Typical on-site programmes:

• Bathrooms: 7–10 working days (Signature: 10–12)

• Kitchens: 2–3 weeks

• Kitchen Refresh: 2–3 days

• Full interiors: programme confirmed after survey

Lead times for materials are confirmed upfront.

Yes — but only in labour-led or Install Only packages.

For Standard, Turnkey, and Signature packages:

• We supply to guarantee fit, timelines, and accountability

• Mixing suppliers increases risk, delays, and coordination issues

To keep pricing fair and fixed, the following are excluded unless agreed in writing:

• Structural works (RSJs, extensions, lofts)

• Bespoke joinery

• Non-standard cabinetry

• Major electrical or plumbing re-routes

• External works

• Planning or building control fees
